This Privacy Policy explains how Kirsten Bohn Growth Performance Strategy LLC (“Kirsten Strategy,” “I,” “me” or “my”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit kirstenstrategy.com (the “Site”) or contact me about my services.

Information I collect

Information you give me directly:

Contact form details, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and message.
Booking, proposal and payment details you provide when you schedule a call or purchase a service.
Anything you share by email or phone.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site and time on page.
Interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, collected to understand how the Site is used.

Tools and service providers

I use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site and my business:

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager: to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site.
Microsoft Clarity: to see aggregated heatmaps and session recordings that help me improve usability. Clarity masks sensitive input by default.
Webflow: hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions.
Bonsai: handles scheduling, proposals, contracts, invoicing and payments. Payment card details are processed by Bonsai’s payment processors and are never stored by me.

These providers process information on my behalf under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies won’t stop the Site from working.

How I use your information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
To deliver, invoice and support the services you purchase.
To understand and improve the Site and my marketing.
To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep contact and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool.

Your rights, including California residents

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to ask me to delete it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email me at the address below. I may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure, reputable service providers and HTTPS on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site and my services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites. I’m not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
